I just wanted to thank everyone who made the Awards great fun on Sunday. Such a lot of hard work must have gone into it and it was a huge pleasure to see the look of surprise on the winners faces. I only hope the mud has come off that young man who got covered in it whilst kindly helping push a car out of the carpark. Clearly an early start on the Sodbury Slog!

There are a number of outstanding balances on the London trip, which if not paid by the end of the week will be forwarded on to the next person on the waiting list.

Tuesday night run.
John - would love to but I'm still suffering a little with the ribs. I hope that this becomes a fixture in your London training as it'll be nice to get a intermediate length run in the evenings over the next couple of months.
Hopefully next week!
