Short notice I know but I am doing a long run tomorrow and wondered if anyone would like to join me from the club. I am aiming for around 22 miles but will be running from home, so, from the club it will only be around 14 or 15. I will aim to be at the common gate/club 8.30-8.45ish, anyone interested leave a message or ring me on: 07813253206, otherwise I will slog around with the likes of The undertones and David Bowie for company. PS it will be a slow pace.

HOGWEED TRAILQUEST JULY 12th PUCKLECHURCH VILLAGE HALL
Our first trailquest is less than two weeks away. To enter visit www.midlandtrailquests.co.uk
The last date for pre entries is wednesday 8th July.
We will be able to take some entries on the day although these will be limited by the number of spare maps available so to guarantee your copy of the event map please pre enter.
NOTE even if you enter on the day you must register with Midland TrailQuest first to get an MTQ number or you will not be covered by the event insurance and we can't let you ride! Also No Helmet=No Ride
There is now a copy of the (provisional) event map on the white board at the club to give you an idea of what you're letting yourself in for/missing! Remember you don't have to visit all the controls, or visit them in a set order. Just do as much as you can/want to in 4 hours.
The points value of each control won't be given out until the start of your four hour ride

d) Refreashments-Becky Febry has kindly taken charge of the refreshments again but needs a couple of helpers. It'll be a long day in the kitchen though 8.30 to 3 ish so could be done in two shifts if enough people come forward.

f)Results Desk-two or three people-Check control cards, enter scores onto computer results program and organise the results string 12.30 to 3pm
